GoldFynch's reporting system lets you generate a report of the tags in your case. A tag report can be generated from the 'Tags' view. You can generate a report of all the tags in your case or some select tags. 


The following information can be found in the tag report - 

  • Tag Name
  • Whether it is a quick tag
  • Whether it is a privilege tag
  • The privilege category, if one exists
  • Whether it is a system tag
  • Number of files the tag is associated with


Generating a report of all the tags in your GoldFynch case

1. Navigate to the 'Tags' view by clicking on the icon in the left navigation panel

2. Click on the 'Download CSV' button


To generate a report of all tags click on Download as CSV without making any selection


Generating a report of specific tags in your GoldFynch case

1. Navigate to the 'Tags' view by clicking on the icon in the left navigation panel 

2. Click on the checkbox to select the tags for which you want to generate the report

Select tags and then click on Download as CSV

3. Click on the 'Download CSV' button
