When sharing a case via the "Sharing" view within your GoldFynch case, it is important to note that those automated email notifications are sent from accounts@goldfynch.com.
If the recipient of the shared case does not have the domain "goldfynch.com" or specifically "accounts@goldfynch.com" on an approved list, then the sender of the case share may receive an email similar to the one below:

To mitigate this happening for future shared case requests, we recommend asking that the recipient add "accounts@goldfynch.com" to their safe sender list.
Alternatively, you can always copy the link on setting up a GoldFynch account and paste it into an email that you send directly from your email to the recipient. Once the recipient creates their GoldFynch account, the shared case will be listed when logged in on their case listing page.
