In general, audio and video files will always show as "Unsupported" in GoldFynch because they cannot be imaged like other files, so they cannot be rendered in imaged formats like TIFF or PDF for viewing or production. These files may still be viewable from within GoldFynch itself using the Document Viewer, but ultimately playback compatibility will come down to what file formats are supported by your browser.
When it comes to production, all "Errored" or "Unsupported" files are forced to be produced natively so the files are still included in the production, despite not being able to be rendered. These files may need to be reviewed locally if they cannot be viewed in-app. These files will still be able to be produced in their native format though.
