Review sets are static lists that can be used to divide or outsource a subset of documents in a case for review. These lists are created with either a common tag, or a saved search. Because these lists are static, they cannot be updated once created, even if new documents appear under the selected tag or saved search. A new review set must be created to add additional items to the review set. Here's how to easily take your existing review set and create a new one with the additional documents included.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Advanced Search" page by clicking the puzzle piece button on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: Search for the additional documents you would like to add to your review set. In this example, the search is looking for files containing "Trade" AND not containing "Bill". For more information on conducting advanced searches, click here

Once your search query has been built, add the "OR" operator and add your existing review set to your search. Once both conditions have been added, test your search string by clicking the "Play" button along the top navigation bar.
