If there is only one upload currently in progress, you can cancel it by doing either of the following:
- Refresh your browser window — Press F5 (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac), or click the refresh button in your browser.
- Navigate away from the page — Navigate to a different page or close the browser tab.
Important: Either of these actions will immediately cancel all uploads that are currently in progress. Only use this method if the upload you want to cancel is the only active upload in your case.
Cancelling One of Multiple Active Uploads
If you have more than one upload active at the same time and only need to cancel a specific file, refreshing or navigating away is not recommended, as it would cancel all active uploads.
In this case:
- Allow all uploads to complete.
- Once the upload you wish to remove has finished, delete the file from your case.

Things to Keep in Mind
- Refreshing or navigating away will cancel all active uploads, not just one.
- If an upload is accidentally cancelled, simply re-upload the file to your case.
- Once an upload has completed and GoldFynch has begun processing the file, it can no longer be cancelled and would need to be deleted instead.
