Loading your data is easy and convenient.  Using our drag / drop method will allow you to select your 

archive file such as .PST,.MBOX, or .ZIP file or loose files and begin the GoldFynch processing of your

Creating your tags and setting preferences: 

Thinking ahead about the categorization you need during your review process and creating those

Deduplicating data: 

Once your data is loaded, you can use one of GoldFynch's deduplication strategies to mark duplicate 

items to save time with the document review.

Creating Review Sets: 

Once your files have been loaded and deduplicated, it is recommended to create review sets to help with 

your review process.  Review sets will by default remove the system marked duplicates that were found in 

the deduplication process and allow you to expand families in the navigation context, making it easier to 

work through your review.

Exporting / Producing your items: 

The final step with your review process would be to export or produce your items.  Using the tagging 

classifications as your guidance as to which documents will be exported will assist with this step.
