The "load file" in a load file production contains data about how the files in the production are related to each other in the form of a spreadsheet/CSV file. If you want to view this data there are a couple of ways to do it.

Option 1 - Viewing only the load file

If you want to view just the data found in the load file data you can use a free tool like -

A. GoldFynch's Load File Viewer

This tool lets you view the load file directly in your browser without having to download or sign up for an app. Additionally, the tool does not send any metadata information associated with your file to the GoldFynch servers. All the analysis and formatting is done directly in the web browser that you use

To access it, click here. It is also accessible from our website: https://goldfynch.com under 'Free Tools' in the navigation menu.

Once the page is loaded just drag and drop the load file onto the web browser. The file will then be processed and you will be able to view the formatted file on your web browser itself. You can resize columns and filter for specific information.

Note: The load file needs to be extracted from the production zip file before loading it to the web browser.

B. Create a Free Case on GoldFynch and Upload it to GoldFynch

Another option is to create a free case on GoldFynch and then upload the load file to GoldFynch. Once the file has been processed you can click on it to view it in the Document Viewer.

Option 2 - Viewing the entire production

To view the entire production you will need to upload it to an eDiscovery platform and then view it from there if it has an inbuilt document viewer. To do so with GoldFynch (free for up to 512 MB of data) click here
