Search for files that are assigned privileged tags

Step 1. Navigate to the Advanced Search view by clicking on the button in the left pane

Navigate to the Advanced Search View and Click on Create a new Search

Step 2. Click on the 'Create New Search' button

Step 3. Click anywhere on the condition box to enter the search criteria. Alternatively

Step 4. Select the privileged parameter from the drop-down list

Select the privileged parameter, set the value to true and execute the search

Step 5. Set the value to True

Step 6. Execute the query

Search for files that have a specific privilege category

Step 1. Navigate to the advanced search view and click on the Create New Search button

Step 2. Edit the condition and select the privileged-category parameter from the drop-down list

Select the privileged-category parameter, select a category from the drop-down and execute the search

Step 3. Select a category from the 'Value' drop-down list

Step 4. Execute the query
