If you need to download the original PST and ZIP files for safekeeping separate from GoldFynch, just simply follow these steps.
Step 1. Navigate to the "Files" button in the left panel. The uploaded PST or ZIP appears in blue folder.
Step 2. Navigate to the location where you uploaded the file to and click on the 'View container file.' This will take you to the 'Docs' view of the originally uploaded file.
Step 3. Click on the download button on the upper-right corner while you're in the document view screen.
