Changing plans is quick and easy. There are two ways you can change your case plan. One way is from the Settings view of your case and the other is directly from the Overview screen.


Note: 

  • In order to change a case plan a payment method should have been setup  
  • Only users with 'Owner' and 'Admin' permission levels will be able to change case plans 


Method 1: Changing your case plan from the Settings view of the case


Step 1: Open GoldFynch and select the case for which you want to upgrade or downgrade the plan


Step 2: Click the ‘Settings’ view button in the left navigation panel

 


Step 3: Click the ‘Change Case Plan’ tab

Step 4. Select a case plan that you want to change to from the drop-down list


Step 5: Click the "Change Plan" button at the bottom of the page

Note: You'll be given a confirmation message that the plan has been successfully changed:

Method 2: Changing your case plan from the Overview screen


You can also easily change the plan directly from the Overview screen that is displayed as soon as you open your case. Here's how you can do it:


Step 1: Open the case whose plan you wish to change


Step 2: Click on the Change button against the Plan option found on the overview screen


Once you click on the 'Change' button the 'Change Case Plan' page will be displayed

Step 3: Select a case plan that you want to change to from the drop-down list

Step 4: Click the Change Plan button at the bottom of the page

 

Note: Similar to Method 1 once the change has been applied a confirmation message stating that the plan has been successfully changed will be displayed.
