The organization owner and the billing admin member you can view and pay the invoice for the organization from the settings tab of the organization page.
Viewing invoices for the organization
Viewing current month charges
Step 1. Navigate to the Organization page by clicking on the Organization option in the menu on the top-right corner of the page
Step 2. Click on Manage against the Organization for which you want to view the charges
Step 3. Navigate to the Settings tab, by default the 'Billing' tab will be loaded on the screen
Step 4. Click on 'Details' against the 'Current Month Charges' to view the details of the current month
Viewing older invoices
Step 1. Navigate to the Settings tab of the organization following Steps (1-3) of the previous section.
Step 2. Click on the Invoices tab under the Settings view
Step 3. Click on the details icon to view invoice details
Paying invoices for the organization
Step 1. Navigate to the Settings tab of the organization following Steps (1-3) of the viewing current month invoices section.
Step 2. Click on the Invoices tab under the Settings view
Step 3. Click on "Make a Payment" against the invoice to be paid
Step 4. Select a payment method from the drop-down.
Note: The default payment method setup by the owner of the organization will be populated by default in the drop-down. You can select an alternate method if the owner has setup multiple payment methods.
Step 5. Click on the "Make Payment" button to make the payment
