The GoldFynch application lets you assign an Organization member with the Org Billing Admin role to have a dedicated role to handle the Organization's billing requirements. 


The Org Billing Admin member will be able to view invoices, make payments, add clients, and adjust the bill back settings for Organizations. The organization billing admin member will not have access to the cases within the organization unless you have specifically granted them access. 


Adding a billing admin member to your organization

Step 1. Log in to your GoldFynch account

Step 2. Navigate to the Organization page by clicking on the Organization option in the menu on the top-right corner of the pageNavigate to the Organizations page by clicking on the option in the menu


Step 3. Click on Manage against the Organization you want to add the member to

Click on Manage

Step 4. Navigate to the Members tab 


Step 5. Click on +Add New Member

Step 6. Add the member's email address 

Step 7. Select the 'orgBillingAdmin' option from the 'Invitee's initial role' drop-down

Step 8. Click on Invite


An email invitation with access to the organization will be sent to the member you have added. The member will now be able to view and pay invoices for the organization. Check out how here. 


When a charge is made against the Organization, they will get an email (as will any Admins and Owners of the Organization)
