Productions in GoldFynch can be created using tags or saved searches. Here, we will focus on creating a production using tags - you can select a single tag or multiple tags or even omit a tag. You can find more information on tagging files here and on creating productions here.


Let's see how to produce files that you have tagged in GoldFynch:

1. Navigate to the 'Productions' view by clicking on the production icon in the left panel

2. Click on the 'Start Production Wizard' button of the Production Wizard tab

Navigate to the Production view and click on Start Production Wizard

Step 1. Choose a name for the Production

1. Enter a name for the production

2. Click on the 'Next: Document Selection' button

Enter a name for the production and click on Next

Step 2. Select documents for the production

1. Select the tag/tags whose documents you want to include in your production. GoldFynch lists out each tag associated with your case. 

Select the tags to be included and how previously produced files are to be treated

Note: You can even omit files with a particular tag from your production by clicking on the 'Negate?' checkbox found against the tag. 

2. Choose if you want to exclude previously produced files by clicking on the appropriate option

3. Click on the 'Next: Production Output' button


You can see the number of files included in the production at the bottom of the page.
